File a case, and an independent arbitrator from LOKLEX's empanelled panel hears it to a binding award — no courtroom required. Arbitration only, under your own contract's arbitration clause.
This is ad hoc arbitration, not mediation or conciliation — your case is heard and decided by an arbitrator under the clause your own contract already provides, not negotiated toward a settlement. Parties can still settle at any point; when they do, it's recorded as a consent award, binding the same way.

File your case
Tell us what happened, your claim amount, and the contract clause that refers this dispute to arbitration.
Step 2
We review and quote a fee
A case manager checks your filing and the arbitration clause, then sends you a fee quote — nothing is charged before that.
Step 3
Pay and register
Pay the quoted fee online and your case is registered with a case number.
Step 4
Notice is served
The respondent is formally notified and given a chance to respond.
Step 5
An arbitrator is appointed
An independent arbitrator from LOKLEX's external panel is appointed to hear the case.
Step 6
Hearings and award
Proceedings run entirely online, ending in a binding, enforceable arbitral award.
What it costs
Filing is free. A case manager reviews your filing and the arbitration clause, then quotes a fee for your specific case — nothing is charged until you accept and pay that quote. Arbitrator and hearing fees, if any, are quoted the same way as the case proceeds.
Who hears your case
An independent arbitrator from LOKLEX's externally empanelled panel — never one of LOKLEX's own advocates. Every appointment comes with a filed independence and impartiality disclosure, and either party can challenge it.
